Join us in welcoming Ms. Jennifer Cooper to PUSD to the position of Principal of Foothill Elementary School for the 2023-2024 school year! Ms. Cooper has worked as a Principal for Tacoma Public Schools for the past fourteen years. Prior to this she worked as an Assistant Principal for Tacoma Public Schools- Edison Elementary for one year and a classroom teacher for six years beginning in 2002. Ms. Cooper earned her Bachelor Degree in Arts and Science from Antioch University-Seattle. She earned her Master’s of Science in Education in Elementary Reading and Literacy from Walden University and her Educational Administration Credential from City University of Seattle.
